Maja, the wife, is a good houseife and cook, who has graduated from Secondary catering school and School for salesmen. Language communication in English and German.
Jakov, a hotelier and a catering specialist with 15 year experience of working in Germany, is also a passionate wine cellar tender. He also has a lot of experience in producing wines, desert wines (prosecco), Hvar her-brandy and other sorts of brandies. He is fluent in German and can mamage in Italian.
